ABSTRACTS documents ABCDEFGHUMAN multidisciplinary work — sharing ideologies, visual trends, studies, and latest efforts relating to ongoing live studio work.

This practice is also interested in abstract conceptualism, ultra-modernism, and ventures surrounding sub culture — often a synthesis of physical and digital-design methods.

Static records tell you what happened. They rarely tell you what it felt like to live through it, and to find the reality in a character beyond archives. ABCDEFGHUMAN has developed a methodology for creating Biographical Acoustics with historical figures—conversations carefully crafted from rigorous archival research and lived context, brought to life through contemporary audio technology. The result is not an audio guide. It is a dialogue.

The proof of concept centres on Lady Olivia Bernard Sparrow, an Anglo-Irish philanthropist and landowner whose legacy shaped Brampton, Cambridgeshire, following her widowhood in 1805. Research was conducted in partnership with Cambridgeshire Archives Service, part of Cambridgeshire County Council. The reconstructed interview gives visitors access to her voice, perspective, and concerns as if in real conversation—emotionally grounded, rigorously researched, and designed to create genuine connection with audiences.

Working with cultural institutions, museums, heritage sites and galleries who recognise that visitors are hungry for something deeper than information — want audiences to understand lives as lived—the choices made, the constraints faced, the values that shaped decisions. Biographical Acoustics does that work.

Open now to collaboration with national museums, National Trust properties, heritage organisations, galleries and independent institutions. If you steward a collection connected to a significant historical figure, email info@abcdefghuman.com

What if history could speak for itself?

FACT — High-volume synthetic modern workwear costs less to buy and more to replace. It degrades faster under commercial laundry conditions, exits service earlier, and ends up in landfill — where it remains for up to 200 years. UK councils spend £73 million a year managing the consequences. The hospitality sector alone loses over 6,000 tonnes of workwear annually.

USEless is an ABCDEFGHUMAN sustainable workwear proposition — coordinated audits, ethical sourcing, improved compliance, and circular practice. New systems replace the procurement of garments that cannot be disposed of responsibly — and where possible co-funded by industry and government incentives.

Open now to collaboration, partnership and conversation with anyone managing a uniformed environment — hospitality, travel and transport, retail, healthcare or education. If this is you, we would like to meet. Contact info@abcdefghuman.com

What if the most affordable uniform is also the most expensive?

As our human prosopography circulates through AI and machine learning — the shared patterns of lives, stories and histories — we are no longer defined by static records but by the shifting forms they reveal. This installation gives shape to that motion: a living structure in flux, formed by non-sequential signals, stories and experience.

The work is also an audio installation. Sound requests information. The structure responds — shifting colour in real time, mimicking the electrochemical activity of neural pathways. Memory, made visible and audible simultaneously.

Open now to arts grant funding, gallery partnership or corporate commission to bring this work into physical space — whether a gallery, public institution or large-scale corporate environment. If you represent any of these, we would like to hear from you — info@abcdefghuman.com

What if memory were understood not as a record, but as a living pattern?

Prosopography (pro-so-POG-ra-fee) is the study of shared characteristics across a group of people; their lives, relationships, patterns and histories examined collectively rather than individually. In the context of AI, it describes how machine learning identifies and processes the common threads of human experience across vast datasets.

What if climate-change responsive architecture could regenerate housing rather than consume it?

ZER01 by VO|D™ | Design by ABCDEFGHUMAN — a stilt home, studio, research space and place of cultural significance.

Inspired by Henry Moore's treatment of the plinth as integral to the sculpture, the structure beneath ZER01 is not support — it is storage. A harvested rainwater tank, doubling as a fire suppression system via integrated jet sprinklers. Designed for flood plains, post-industrial land and a climate that is no longer predictable. Registered Trade Mark No. UK00003525876.

If you are a planning officer, land developer, sustainability lead or architectural practice working with marginal or post-industrial land, we would like to talk. Contactinfo@abcdefghuman.com
