Formed in 2021 by UK Brand Designer and Artist John Lancaster, A—HUMAN was established as a multidisciplinary research and design practice, to further explore how brands and online frameworks might work in future formats. Projects move fluidly between identity, concept and installation, extending to more abstract projects in art and publishing. You can own A—H limited editions and curated titles online.

SELECTED CASE STUDIES:

What if Henry Moore designed climate-adaptable architecture? If you were a MACHINE what MACHINE would you be? Questions asked are designed to be explored and resolved. Interested parties and clients are invited to view a cross-section of commissioned and independent work, spanning brand identities, refreshes and campaigns, websites, installations, and editorial formats. A—HUMAN collaborates with organisations, and founders on special projects that require inventive structure and strong creative direction. If you’re building something that needs a clear brand space — or something so new it doesn’t yet fit a format — we take that on too. (Work 01 / Work 02)
