Extensive and continuous projects exist as a response to the multiple situations in which design, branding, and installation art now operate — in real-life and across real-time systems.
Combining research and own experimental practices, this studio is concerned with how diverse identities navigate between technology and modern culture. As such, creation is shaped by modernism, design conceptualism, and how far we can deliberately push systems to breaking point.
Founded in London in 2020 post-covid by British designer and artist John Lancaster, internal and external commissions constitute software, product and fashion design, art installation and sculpture, electronic composition, brand direction, and campaign art.
